For over 10 years, Sandra Scherzo has advised clients in the public and private sectors of the payments industry. With deep expertise across the entire payments value chain, she has worked extensively with payment service providers, schemes, central banks, banks, and fintechs, leading engagements in strategy, innovation, and digital transformation.

Prior to joining Roland Berger, Sandra held lead roles within the consulting practice of a multinational payment card services corporation. She holds a master’s degree in business administration from Kiel University.
